Co-founder of SNEAKER LAW
Kenneth Anand is an award-winning author, professor, and the co-founder of SNEAKER LAW. He is a creative advisor and business owner. Kenneth regularly advises designers, musicians, founders and other talented individuals to help protect and grow their businesses. Kenneth is also Director of Client Relations at Jayaram Law where he advises brands and creatives on cutting edge legal issues and he regularly consults for startup companies in the streetwear and sneaker space.

Kenneth was formerly the General Counsel & Head of Business Development at YEEZY Apparel, Kanye West’s sneaker and fashion house. Prior to YEEZY, Kenneth practiced law in NYC for over 15 years, advising companies, executives, and entrepreneurs in employment, intellectual property, and entertainment matters. Kenneth has over 20 years of experience helping creatives and creative businesses at every level, and has made it his life mission to educate and empower creatives who are often marginalized and exploited.

Jared Goldstein is an award-winning author, professor, and the co-founder of SNEAKER LAW. Goldstein teaches and regularly lectures at universities, law schools, design schools, and various organizations about the sneaker business.

Goldstein has represented various clients in the sneaker, fashion, entertainment, music, media, and technology industries. Goldstein’s legal career began at Complex, where, in addition to working in their legal department, he authored and published several groundbreaking articles about a variety of legal issues related to the legal protection of sneaker designs. Goldstein also had his own sneaker reselling business while in college.
