Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Content Protection Legal Affairs (Intermediary Programs) (“SVP”)

President & Associate General Counsel, Content Protection Legal Affairs (Intermediary Programs) will manage MPA’s global intermediary outreach program. The SVP will oversee (i) the development of content protection strategies to disrupt piracy services' access and use of legitimate intermediaries; (ii) global outreach to intermediaries to obtain assistance in disrupting piracy services, (iii) the development of voluntary initiatives with intermediaries to prevent them from being used by piracy operators, and (iv) the development and implementation of various escalation strategies when initial voluntary initiatives are not successful (See attachment)

Senior Director, Business Affairs – Original Content

The Senior Director, Business Affairs – Original Content, as part of the Original Content department, will be an integral part of the team responsible for setting the structure, negotiation strategy and leading the business relationships for both ESPN’s original content portfolio; specifically related to the development, production, licensing and acquisition of ESPN’s award-winning 30 for 30 series, E60, ESPN Films and ESPN+ Originals as well as our Andscape brand. The position will report to the Vice President, Original Content and Business Affairs. This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, but may also be based in New York, NY or Bristol, CT.

Director, Business Affairs & Legal Counsel (Disney Theatrical Group)

The open position in the Business Affairs and Legal Counsel group will report to the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs and Legal Counsel.  In this position, you will manage day-to-day responsibility for business and legal affairs for substantial portions of The Walt Disney Company’s stage play business and its Broadway, touring and international productions, serve as primary business & legal counsel for Disney on Ice and otherwise support all aspects of the company’s international live entertainment business.
