BESLA Young Lawyers Division (YLD) seeks to educate, empower and foster the development of law students and young lawyers in the areas of entertainment, sports and media law through its programs and partnerships.
— YLD Initiatives —
In June, BESLA YLD will host “Music Table Talks,” an exclusive 3-part series of fireside chats with senior music executives. Music Table Talks provides an opportunity to connect with senior executive attorneys from the 3 major music organizations for an informal discussion of topics relevant to working for a major label. A keynote speaker who works from each music group will share their experience and advice. YLD members will have an opportunity to ask questions and get to know some of the attorneys who broker deals in the industry. These talks are by invitation only.
