Shameeka Quallo, Esq. is a senior sports executive and legal leader operating at the intersection of governance, growth, and equity in elite sport. She serves as Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of the Washington Spirit advising ownership and executive leadership on strategy, risk, and long-term organisational performance.

A commercially astute legal strategist, Quallo leads major negotiations, corporate governance, and policy development, enabling innovation while maintaining rigorous compliance. She is known for building high-performing teams and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion as operational strengths.

Before joining the Spirit, she held senior legal and DEI roles across leading sports organisations, including the Chicago Cubs, International Speedway Corporation, and the Ladies Professional Golf Association, overseeing complex matters spanning labour and employment, compliance, litigation, and enterprise risk.

Beyond her executive work, she is Vice-Chair of USA Weightlifting, a board member of DC Scores, serves  on the council of the James R. Jordan Boys & Girls Club, is a life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and an arbitrator with FINRA.
