David Shands is a serial entrepreneur, podcaster, author, speaker, and certified DISC facilitator. He is the CEO of David Shands LLC, a business training and coaching firm that specializes in helping people become the best versions of themselves. Prior to launching his first business, SleepIs4Suckers, David spent nearly a decade working in the hospitality industry, where he learned the art of connecting with, serving, and developing people.

David is the author of two books, "Dreams Are Built Overnight" and "Networking No-No's," which were created to help people navigate the transition from employment to entrepreneurship. His nationally ranked podcast, The Social Proof Podcast, enables him to highlight and interview champions of entrepreneurship and business.
