Rachel Godsil is a Distinguished Professor of Law and Chancellor’s Scholar at Rutgers Law School and co-founder of the Perception Institute and Perception Strategies. She collaborates with social scientists on empirical research focused on narrative shift and systemic interventions to promote dignity and belonging.
