David B. Sarnoff, Esq., ACC is the Founder of Sarnoff Group LLC, an executive coaching and leadership training consultancy, and an ICF Certified Executive Coach, leadership trainer, and co-author of Beyond the Courtroom (PLI Press, with Natalie Loeb). Drawing on a diverse career spanning law, executive search, entrepreneurship, and public service, David brings a unique combination of real-world experience and coaching expertise to the leaders and organizations he serves.
Through Sarnoff Group LLC, David partners with attorneys, corporate executives, directors, managers, and individual contributors to elevate professional performance, emotional intelligence, leadership potential, and team effectiveness. A sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, David regularly presents at national conferences, PLI CLE Briefings and webinars on topics including emotional intelligence, giving and receiving feedback, bridging generations, time management, challenging conversations, active listening and allyship, among other topics.
David's commitment to inclusion extends beyond his coaching practice. He is the past Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee of the New York City Bar Association. He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at iCoach Global, an ICF certified executive coaching program affiliated with the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, where he is also a proud alumnus. A dedicated public servant, David served six years on the Fort Lee Board of Education, including three consecutive years as Board President and was honored with the Archie Hay Award for Distinguished Service and Leadership from the Bergen County School Boards Association. He received his B.A. cum laude from Hofstra University and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
