General Counsel, Offscript Worldwide

Endi Piper is currently the General Counsel of Offscript Worldwide (Offscript), the creator-powered, culture-fueled media ecosystem and parent brand of REVOLT, REVOLT Sports, Rap Up, 440 Artists, #000000, and 3BLACKDOT. As General Counsel, Piper oversees business and legal affairs for all six brands and also serves as the company’s Corporate Secretary. Prior to Offscript, Piper served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The SpringHill Company, a brand-and IP-led entertainment company rooted in empowerment, founded by LeBron James and Maverick Carter. The SpringHill Company consisted of UNINTERRUPTED, the SpringHill brand, The Shop, and The Robot Company, a brand and culture consultancy.


Previously, Piper served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Complex Media, Inc., a digital media company jointly owned by Hearst and Verizon Communications, Inc. Prior to leaving to join The SpringHill Company, Piper spent a brief stint as the Head of Business Affairs for Buzzfeed, Inc. after Buzzfeed acquired Complex. Before Complex, Piper was the Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for TV One, LLC, a national cable network that produces original programming for the African American audience.


Her legal career started at Black Entertainment Television in Business Affairs, and she has also worked at Scripps Networks Interactive and Urban One, Inc. (formerly Radio One, Inc.) over the course of her career.


Piper is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers’ Association (BESLA), which provides legal education and professional development for lawyers, law students and other professionals in the entertainment, sports, and related industries. Through Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Piper was an advocate for severely abused and neglected foster children in Prince George’s County, Maryland for many years. She also taught commercial law to practicing Black lawyers in South Africa and Namibia through the International Seniors Lawyers Project (ISLP) for multiple summers.


She was recognized by Cablefax as a “Top Lawyer” and as one of the “Most Influential Minorities in Cable.” She was also recognized on InsideCounsel’s R-3 100 list, which highlights rising in-house women lawyers.
