Prior to founding Sovereign Discovery, he built his reputation advising major firms—including top-tier international practices—on how to tame the growing complexity of data, meet the discovery demands of global litigation, and apply leading-edge technology solutions with precision and accountability.

 

At Sovereign Discovery, Emerson helps law firms and corporate legal teams manage the entire e-discovery lifecycle: from forensic collection and data processing to analytics, remote war-room preparation, trial hot-seating and fractional discovery advisement. Through a consultative, client-first approach, he focuses on designing tailored workflows, advising on vendor selection and optimizing cost structures—all so legal administrators and litigation teams can concentrate on delivering superior legal results.
