Brittani Ojogho-Fields Esq.
Corporate Counsel, Amazon MGM Studios

Brittani Ojogho-Fields currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Amazon MGM Studios, where she leads AI initiatives for Studios Legal, encompassing AI procurement, the integration of AI in Amazon MGM Studios productions, AI governance, and product counseling on AI tools and services. She also supports the development of US television series, overseeing the drafting and negotiation of talent and rights agreements and conducting of chain-of-title analyses.


Prior to joining Amazon MGM Studios, Brittani served as Corporate Counsel for Prime Video, where she negotiated content licensing agreements for Prime Video and Kids+, supported content distribution in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East and North Africa, and advised on international expansion, data privacy, and accessibility compliance.


Before her career in entertainment, Brittani was an associate at K&L Gates LLP in Seattle and Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco, advising clients on IP/technology transactions and data privacy compliance.


Brittani holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Howard University and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.


She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband, Maxim. Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittani enjoys hobbies like traveling, listening to film review and true crime podcasts, and wine education, holding a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
