Valeria Williams is the Vice President, General Counsel for the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium, where she is the department head for the legal team. Valeria represents the Titans and Nissan Stadium in a wide range of legal, compliance, business affairs, new stadium construction, and risk management matters. Prior to joining the Titans, Valeria worked for the NFL in Football Operations and Management Council Legal, where she managed policy compliance & rules administration and represented the NFL in over 280 player appeal and club discipline hearings. Valeria holds a BA in Political Science from Southern University and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center. Valeria also earned a master's in public administration from Louisiana State University and an LL.M. in Corporate Tax Law from the University of Houston Law Center. As the Founder of Juve' Hearts, a nonprofit missioned to mentor court-involved youth girls, Valeria is dedicated to serving her community.
