Toks Arowojolu

VP, Deputy General Counsel, Baltimore Ravens

Entering her 3rd season, Toks Arowojolu is the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for the Baltimore Ravens, where she plays a leading role in managing the strategic direction and daily operations of the team’s Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management Department. She oversees enterprise-wide legal matters, negotiates and drafts a wide range of commercial agreements—including sponsorships, suite licenses, construction, stadium-wide events, and operations contracts and serves as a trusted legal advisor to the Ravens’ Senior Leadership Team. She also supports litigation strategy in coordination with the General Counsel and oversees internal legal training and development for stakeholders. Toks joined the Ravens in 2023 as Associate General Counsel following her role as Corporate Counsel at Ameren, a major U.S. energy company. There, she managed sponsorship deals with professional sports teams and handled supply chain, procurement, and regulatory matters. She began her legal career as an associate at K&L Gates LLP in Washington, D.C., gaining extensive experience in regulatory and transactional law. Passionate about mentorship and advancing diversity in the legal profession, Toks actively supports law students and early-career attorneys. She also returns to her alma mater annually as a guest lecturer, speaking on intersectionality, women in leadership, and navigating corporate legal careers. Toks earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park, and her J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Maryland Journal of Race, Religion, Gender, and Class and was a Fellow in the Women, Leadership & Equality Program. She is a member of the Maryland and D.C. Bar Associations.
