Rodney Bolden, Executive Director, is the Head of Industry Engagement and Learning for Morgan Stanley at Work. In this role, Rodney works with a variety of industry organizations to develop and present thought leadership research on current trends in workplace financial benefits. Additionally, Rodney is the host of the award-winning Morgan Stanley at Work Invested at Work Podcast. He has also served as the Chairperson for the Employee Benefit Research Institute’s Access & Opportunity Advisory Council.

Rodney’s speaking engagements include the World Economic Forum, United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Global Equity Organization, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and many others. He has also been published in MarketWatch, BenefitsPro, and AARP. Rodney is an Equity Compensation Associate (ECA), Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC), and Accredited Financial Counselor®.
