Marcus Sandifer is an experienced business attorney whose practice consists of advising prominent clients in the sports, media, hospitality, and entertainment law industries. He began his career in New York City with a focus on representing clients in complex commercial litigation, securities, and bankruptcy disputes and later transitioned into corporate transactions, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
About Marcus
Prior to joining Krevolin Horst’s corporate group, Marcus served as Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Celsius, Inc., where he represented the company in exclusive sports marketing and product placement agreements with Dallas Mavericks, Inter-Miami FC, Ferrari F1 Racing team, NASCAR, PFL, Florida Panthers, and Major League Soccer.
Marcus also represented the company in negotiating NIL Deals with Heisman Award Winners Bryce Young, Caleb Williams, and Travis Hunter. His entertainment practice expanded with securing an influencer marketing partnership with Jake Paul and podcast sponsorships with multiple top podcasts including but not limited to: “Call Her Daddy”, “Theo Von”, & The Nelk Boys.”
