He also represents clients in white collar matters including cross-border issues, healthcare fraud, securities fraud and other financial crimes and leads independent investigations on behalf of his clients.

Additionally, David provides counsel to corporations, executives and other high-profile individuals including politicians, athletes, entrepreneurs and entertainers in high-stakes legal disputes, business transactions and complex crisis situations involving reputation management. He has represented professional sports teams in the US and abroad and is certified as a contract advisor by the National Basketball Players Association and the National Football League Players Association.

David started his career as an assistant district attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office where he successfully tried many cases to verdict. He is often called upon to lead large trial teams in complex matters across the country.
