Lisa Baker Jones is Special Counsel for Duane Morris, LLC’s Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration Practice Group. She works primarily with emerging and established corporate clients in all matters related to U.S. immigration and nationality law. Her clients include online sportsbetting and gaming brands, as well as artists and entertainers. Ms. Baker Jones is actively involved in cross-border agency liaison and consular practice, helping people move smoothly around the world, and particularly into the United States. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 2005, was Chapter Chair of AILA Northern California, and is a regular invited speaker to industry conferences.

Ms. Baker Jones is a 2005 graduate, with distinction, of the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law (International concentration) and a graduate of the University of California, Davis where she studied Psychology, Spanish, and Chicana/o cultural, social and economic representations. She has attended legal education programs in Suzhou, China (Chinese/American business law) and Salzburg, Austria (EU/US comparative law under former Supreme Court Justice, Anthony Kennedy).
