Additionally, she has a talent for curating soundtracks that complement a show’s narrative. To date, Connie has executive produced several soundtracks, including a score EP for Lena Waithe's critically acclaimed Twenties, featuring Emmy nominated composer Amanda Jones and two releases for Kingdom Business, containing music from Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin and other gospel giants.

Beyond her work in television, Connie is a tireless advocate for the importance of diverse representation in the Composer and Music Supervision roles for television. She actively seeks new talent and underrepresented voices, using her position to create opportunities and get them into rooms where they otherwise might not be considered.
Prior to joining Paramount Global, she got her start at Signature Sound, Inc. It was there she learned all about licensing and clearances, working on various daytime talk shows, soap operas, ad campaigns and Broadway plays.
