Cierra Gross is the founder and CEO of Worklution, a Future of Work Solutions Company. Worklution, Inc. operates two innovative brands: Caged Bird HR, the flagship brand, pioneering scalable independent HR support for employees across various industries. The second is Wrk Receipts, a mobile application designed to help employees easily track and send their work documentation and receive instant guidance from an AI powered employee advocate, Jayla. 

 

Cierra's academic journey began at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she graduated early with honors in Political Science, focusing on pre-law studies. She then earned a Master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. Her professional career flourished in HR roles at prominent companies such as ExxonMobil and Google, as well as in the tech startup ecosystem. 

 

Outside of her professional pursuits, Cierra enjoys staying active through workouts, expanding her knowledge through reading, nurturing her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, and cherishing time with family and friends.
