Traci represents talent in scripted and unscripted television productions and represents both producers and literary talent on option and purchase agreements, production, development, investment and distribution agreements for television and motion picture deals. She serves as outside general counsel and guides her clients through many aspects of their businesses, including intellectual property management, contract negotiation,and brand strategy. Traci earned her Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College in Atlanta and her Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
