Sibo McNally manages content partnerships at YouTube TV where she develops business strategy and negotiates licensing deals with top media and entertainment partners to acquire content and drive growth for YouTube TV.  Prior to joining YouTube TV, Sibo was a VP of Business and Legal Affairs at Starz where she negotiated and drafted content distribution agreements with digital and traditional cable providers, as well as content acquisition agreements with film studios to acquire first run and library content for the Starz networks. Before transitioning in-house as a transaction lawyer, Sibo started her career practicing litigation at Kirkland & Ellis and working as an Attorney Advisor at the FCC.  At home in Maplewood NJ, she lives with her husband and three kids, ages 7, 4 and 2, where they spend most of their time dancing to Beyoncé.
