Adrienne is Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft Corporation, where she is focused on the acceleration of digital transformation of customers spanning key industry verticals. Areas of counsel include business development, sales strategies, intellectual property, privacy, regulatory compliance, data use and responsible use of AI. Adrienne has also supported a wide range of professional technical engagements with strategic customers, partners and start-ups.  Adrienne joined Microsoft in 2005, first supporting licensing to and strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers. Adrienne began her career in entertainment law, working at Ossé & Woods, P.C. supporting artists, producers and writers. She joined Arista Records in 2000, continuing to focus on music deals, as well as digital distribution and digital marketing strategies.
