Carolyn Forrest is the EVP and General Counsel of Tubi, Inc. and has been an entertainment and media lawyer for nearly four decades.  She leads Tubi’s 35-person legal team.  

She oversees all legal matters for Tubi and advises on corporate, compliance, data privacy, platform distribution, content acquisition and production, content distribution, sales, growth, marketing, intellectual property, litigation and employment matters.

Prior to joining Tubi, Carolyn was the Vice President of Legal Affairs for Fox Television Stations for over two decades advising its stations on media and communications law issues.  She was also Vice President and General Counsel for New World Television and its television station group.  She began her in-house career as Assistant General Attorney NBC advising its television stations. 

Carolyn currently is on the Board of Directors of the Media Law Resource Center Inc., a non-profit membership association for members of the media and their defense lawyers.  She is also a past chair of the American Bar Association Forum on Communications Law. 

Carolyn began her career at Skadden Arps Meagher and Flom as a corporate litigation associate after clerking with the Delaware Court of Chancery.  She is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia University School of Law.
