Lori Aiken is a 20+ year Talent Management and Organizational Development professional, with a specialization and demonstrated competence in the following arenas: Executive Development; Learning & Development; Organizational Design & Effectiveness; Executive Coaching; Program & Curricula Design; Change Leadership; Career Acceleration; Succession Planning; Diversity & Inclusion; Competency Modeling; and Workforce Metrics & Analytics.
Lori embarked upon the bulk of her professional career at AT&T/Lucent, where she served in several divisions as one of the primary architects of their succession planning, leadership, organizational development and performance management infrastructure.
Following a brief stint at DoubleClick as the VP of Learning and Organizational Development, Lori served as the global head of Learning and Talent Management at both BOC, Inc and Merrill Lynch. While there, she spent most of her time building a global performance/talent management and OD infrastructure in the North American, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin American regions.
Most recently, Lori has worked in the Media & Entertainment industry, serving as the Global Head of Talent for Viacom since 2008, and in 2015, transitioning to Sony Pictures Entertainment to serve as their Chief Talent Officer. At Sony Pictures Entertainment, she is responsible for the integration & execution of the Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning, Learning & Organizational Design and Executive Development strategies.
Lori earned a dual BS degree in Management/Marketing, and a MS in Adult Education/Counseling Psychology - both from Rutgers University.
Lori is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and spends much of her free time serving her local community in various public service initiatives.
