Endi Piper is Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for TV One, LLC, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Radio One, Inc. In this role, Piper oversees the Business and Legal Affairs, Human Resources, and Rights Clearances/Standards and Practices Departments, as well as provides guidance and oversight for all of the company’s litigation, contractual, and corporate governance obligations.
Prior to joining TV One, Piper worked in Business and Legal Affairs for Scripps Networks Interactive, Black Entertainment Television, and Radio One, Inc.
Piper was recently featured on InsideCounsel’s R-3 100 List, which recognizes rising women corporate counsel. She was also selected to participate in the Mary Ann Hynes Leadership Institute.
Through Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Piper has been an active advocate for foster children in Prince George’s County, Maryland for many years. She also taught commercial law to practicing Black Lawyers in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa and Namibia through the International Seniors Lawyers Project for multiple summers.
Piper received a BA in Spanish Language and Linguistics and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia.
