In this significant and impactful role, you will have the exciting opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and leadership skills while working with the Chief Administrative Judge (CATJ) and other managers.

The Senior Counsel, Legal & Business Affairs will work closely with the Business & Legal Affairs team to facilitate the management of all phases of legal advice for the business and football operations of the UFL, including negotiating and drafting agreements related to all parts of the organization. This role will also be responsible for working with the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Head of People Operations (SVP) in counseling senior executives and internal client groups on various legal, business and risk management matters.

President & Head of Global Litigation is responsible for executing the strategic leadership and management of all global anti-privacy legal matters on behalf of the Motion Picture Association, Inc., the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (“ACE”), and MPA/ACE member companies. The SVP works across the global enterprise internally and externally to develop enforcement strategies, build consensus and support on objectives and goals, and manage direct and indirect reports across multiple regions. President & Associate General Counsel, Content Protection Legal Affairs (Intermediary Programs) will manage MPA’s global intermediary outreach program. The SVP will oversee (i) the development of content protection strategies to disrupt piracy services' access and use of legitimate intermediaries; (ii) global outreach to intermediaries to obtain assistance in disrupting piracy services, (iii) the development of voluntary initiatives with intermediaries to prevent them from being used by piracy operators, and (iv) the development and implementation of various escalation strategies when initial voluntary initiatives are not successful (See attachment)

The open position in the Business Affairs and Legal Counsel group will report to the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs and Legal Counsel.  In this position, you will manage day-to-day responsibility for business and legal affairs for substantial portions of The Walt Disney Company’s stage play business and its Broadway, touring and international productions, serve as primary business & legal counsel for Disney on Ice and otherwise support all aspects of the company’s international live entertainment business.
