CLE Language for Program Journal:

The panels listed represent information available at press time and are subject to change. Written materials will be available during and may be made available electronically after the program. Sessions will start on time, so plan to arrive early in order to sign-in and find seating.

You must sign in before each session starts in order to receive MCLE credit. New York attorneys must sign in and out of each session. Depending on your state’s rules, credit hours may only be available in lesser increments of time (e.g., 60 minutes, 50 minutes) regardless of length of session. The Certificate of Attendance is your record of the panels you attended, and you are responsible for: (i) retaining a copy of

your certificate once received; and (ii) reporting MCLE credit to your state (if applicable).

Application for MCLE credit is currently pending in the following states: New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia. 1 ; note that BESLA cannot guarantee MCLE accreditation. Panel(s) may or may not meet the requirements for continuing legal education in other states based on reciprocity or other state requirements.

Please consult the bar association or Supreme Court in the state in which you are seeking credit to determine attorney reporting requirements and if the conference panels are eligible and/or approved for MCLE credit. Please direct all inquiries regarding MCLE credit to: cle@besla.org
